Imagination wins C&IT magazine's FMCG Event of the Year

Imagination has won FMCG Event of the Year at Conference & Incentive Travel magazine’s inaugural Excellence Awards for our Canon EXPO event, described by judges as “visually stunning”.

Staged at the 19th century Grande Halle de La Villette in October 2010, the EXPO featured an 8,000sqm interactive exhibition, and a separate 1,200-seat hospitality pavilion.
 
While judges described the EXPO as “a dazzling piece of creativity and production that met the client’s objectives head on”, Canon chairman and global chief executive Fujio Mitarai said the event was the best EXPO ever.
 
Imagination Client Services Director Guy Stevenson said the award was a fantastic accolade for the project team who worked tirelessly to deliver the event to the highest standard.
 
“Canon Europe wanted to create a unique brand showcase which truly reflected the spirit of the brand and our team did that to perfection,” he said.
